Here are the latest photos of me taken this morning. I have been asked for photos at goal and so this is me 1 week off LTM. Jasmin had to have her photo taken too as she cracks a spack if she doesn't! See I don't always wear green !

Look how thin and trim you look Mary! You would never know to look at you that you've ever struggled with your weight - you look Fab-O. Keep up the great work with the smokes, and you'll be enjoying your trim figure as a healthy fit person for a long time to come!
